⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 印度椰子栗子排骨湯 材料: 印度椰子1個 合掌瓜1個 栗子15粒 急凍排骨1磅半 粟米1支 無花果4粒 處理: 1. 急凍排骨,清水解凍。 2. 排骨解凍後,用粗鹽醃1小時以上,去除雪味、腥味及加入少許鹹味,放入雪櫃。 3. 排骨,大火在煲內煲滾水1升,出一出水。 4. 無花果及栗子,清水浸幾分鐘。 5. 粟米,去皮。 6. 粟米、合掌瓜及印度椰子,清水沖洗乾淨。 7. 印度椰子,用菜刀尖,小心1開2,聞一聞是否有香味,清水沖乾淨,切一片片。 8. 粟米,切細舊。 9. 合掌瓜,1開4,去芯。 10. 無花果及栗子,清水沖洗乾淨。 11. 排骨已出水,倒去水分,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。 12. 洗乾淨煲。 烹調: 1. 所有材料,放入煲內。 2. 排骨,剪去肥膏,放入煲內。 3. 加入清水1.5升。 4. 放上爐,大火滾起。 5. 湯滾起後,轉中慢火,煲40分鐘。 6. 湯已煲了40分鐘,繼續用中慢火煲40分鐘。 7. 湯已煲好。 8. 完成,可享用。 Chestnut pork ribs soup with Indian coconut Ingredients: Indian coconut 1 No. Chayote 1 No. Chestnuts 15 Nos.
