Nach dem Wechsel der Zündgrundplatt besteht immer noch ein bisschen Sprayback bei dir. Einen solchen Spraybacknebel hat auch mein frisch aufgebauter VMC Crono 187 Motor. Dieser Nebel läuft mir dann die Vergaserwanne am Motorgehäuse entlang runter. Meine Frage: Soll ich es so lassen? oder die Drehschieberfläche reparieren von 0.07 auf 0.05? Würde mir dann erhoffen, wieder einen trocken Vergaserwanne und Motor zu haben oder ist ein bisschen Sprayback beim SI-Vergaser normal? LG, Giuseppe

wennd 0.07mm hast. ists nicht der ds spalt. check auf oelsauger. der verursacht auch sprayback. crono ist aber membran oder.

@@FreakMoPed8 vielen Dank für deine Antwort. Ist ein Drehschieber mit 25Si von BGM, kein Membran. Ölsauger kann ich ausschliessen, habe den Motor nach deiner Videoanleitung wieder geschlossen :). Wenn es nicht der DS Spalt ist, dann habe ich die Vermutung, dass es evt. die neue bestellte Piaggio Zündgrundplatte sein könnte, da der Zündzeitpunkt leicht wandert beim abblitzen. Ich hätte ein Video vom laufenden Motor mit Sprayback kzbin.infoWoRFLY9mTYA?si=25kWyaXbVdgnHbGn Habe nur bei kurzen gasstössen aus dem Stand Sparyback, wenn ich das Gas halte, dann nicht. Es reicht aber trotzdem, das die ganze Vergaserwanne nass wird und dann auf das Gehäuse tropft :( Steuerzeiten: 121/182/30; Einlass KW: vOT 132 nOT 77

I have a px200 engine too. it throws the gasoline up from the carburetor and does not eat gas. what is the reason of this???

defect ignition, defect exhaust, gearbox oil sucking, defect rotary valve,

@@FreakMoPed8 crank and suction part scratch. Maybe thats why the problem. How many mm should be between the crank and the suction place??

I got this problem too on low-middle open throttle then the mixture came out from the venturi with small explosion

@@FreakMoPed8 Yes i solved it, the issue was from the contact breaker's gap which was too wide. Thanks.

So stator is the cause , but what exactly. Pick up ? Ingnition coil ? ..... Grtz

the coil most probably BUT as no names (which are also sold under brand name) are so cheap its not worth doing anything around a stator. just buy 2 new ones, in case one doesnt work.

what is the timing mark for PX 200 18 degree or 21(IT/A) degree and other like 150/177/220, please help

what do u mean. measure the distance of the marks, 1mm = 1degree on the stator plate. But they are never accurate

125,150, is 23° then, makes sense

for sure: a wrong ignition timing & damaged ignition, does cause wrong engine behaviour, no matter which ignition type, as both create a spark and its about that.
