I took a look the belt & rollers! The belt was crack and some teeth broken off & some rollers flat one side! I order a clutch holder & consumable kit for belt & variator! Thank you Vespa Motorsport & Robot.

I bought the Deluxe Kit and did the service on my 2012 300 GTV. Two hours 35 minutes. I'm sure I can break the two hour mark now that I know how to do it. I do the same service on my GFs GTV when she notices the slippage and chattering that I experienced at just over 7,000 miles.

I check spark plug & air filter they was bad The first owner never check it! 2007 Piaggio mp3 250ie 13 yrs. old got around 5, 971 miles on it. I am second owner i like this scooter need a lot cleaning & work on it!

Robot you said valve adjustment every 12,000 mile and I am at 6,055 mile does GTS 300 need a valve adjustment now? It 555 mile round trip to the dealer I bought from and he said it would cost $1,000 for 6,000 mile service. Am I being ripped off?
