After WW2 there are some US military bases in our country. I’m always thank to US solders, because they are protect our country with Japan self defense forces. I’m sorry for loss your friend. I'm sorry, my English is not good.

I'm a Bon Jovi fan but I've never heard this song until now. It's brilliant. So many artists have stepped up to get the message out. You are needed. I'm glad you want to hold onto those people in your life, including your kids.

I'm an Army vet, too, 12 years active duty, and a combat vet of the first Gulf War in 1991 (1st Infantry Division), so it was a long time ago. Then my son enlisted in the Army, did 14 years active duty, and he's a combat vet of the Iraq War (he was 6 years old when I deployed). Not only would I do my time again, I actually wish I could. I guess it's the benefit of hindsight and the wisdom of age that makes me wish I could go back and do so many things differently. It gets better, TormentedVet...not quickly and not easily, but it gets better. Try to remember the not-so-bad times in the Army, too - allow those memories to replay, and you know there were some crazy times with some crazy fellow soldiers!

You’d wonder how Jon wrote this, it seems very accurate. How did he research the lyrics etc. Seems to be right in the money. This is the first time I’ve seen your channel mate, thanks and respect. I’m not American, but respect anyway. You seem like a good guy. Maybe you’d like to do another Jovi song? ‘Undivided’ is one of the heaviest Jovi songs of all time and it was wrote in response to 9/11. You might like it

I'm very sorry that your friend didn't make it. I'm not American, so it would be strange to thank you for your service. I still hope, you'll get the help you need to give you more and more good days.
