@@btm380 I believe they were intended to be the same universe but the John wick production company didn't want it so it became it's own thing that is very similar. Bob trained for 2 years prior to the movie shooting. Now they are doing a bunch of spinoffs of John wick and in #4 they even introduced a character named nobody aka tracker.

The 7 is the seven original guys from the four branches that were picked, the two is the two military grps formed that worked with the cia during the Vietnam era. They were so effective they created multiple sog groups sent into many locations sent on missions that had little chance of success. But these guys always came out on top. There is two identifying marks in the diamond and the spade to know who the real deal and they was also had a whisper. Don't think you can find that out in google only from the bad asses that served. I only know this because I knew two guys who served in these grps. This is what I was told I wasn't there, but I knew these guys well until they died, great Americans.

It’s a (fictional military related) reference to two cards not of the same suit and a 7 and a 2… basically the worst hand in tx Holdem poker; in my experience there’s various tattoos, terms, and things like this that are held almost as a motto by military units: especially SF. His wrist is the worst hand in hold ‘em poker; basically you go all in on a bluff or your fold… So it’s meant to be; “this fucker isn’t playing around, he’s either gonna fold or take the world down” kind of thing
