Your right. I volunteer to drive vet's to the v.a. hospital and that's around 65 miles one way. I'm not a vet but i also feed the vet's for their monthly meeting at the local chapter. Also visit them at home when they need an extra hand doing something.

Yes, it’s great to see a vet taken care of... but beyond that big kudos to the school district who has “construction technology” courses for high school students! Trade classes are going away all over the country as more kids are pushed into college (whether college is a good fit for them or not). Young people who aren’t college bound can be successful too! (and it sounds like the kids not only learned career skills, but how great it feels to help others).

This was amazing to see. There are so many young teenagers and early twenties children out there that totally disrespect their elders and they spit on veterans of war. Those teens that built that home for that war vet should feel very proud of themselves, because there are many of thousands that are proud of them. Thank you to all men and women for their service.
