My dad was in the Air Force and was gone a lot. I was just a little girl but favorite memory is when my mom asked me what I wanted for my birthday and I told her all I wanted was my dad back home and I woke up a day before my birthday and my dad was home. I will never forget that these are our men and women that fight for us but please don’t forget about their families

Being a child, parent, or sibling of someone who is deployed far from home is so hard on all of us! That is why when we do get to see them the memories we have at that time helps us get through to the next time as a mom who has a son that was stationed in Japan. It has been very hard to see him, but I am thankful I get to see his face through FaceTime when he goes on deployment out to sea It is so hard because I don’t know where he’s at, and I don’t get to talk to him or see his face. much love and respect to all those who serve in our arm forces. May God be with you and keep you safe to all the families much love and respect.
