Hey dude! It's really awesome you keep "mementos" in your bag for family members, friends and loved ones! Being a third generation Electrician, I own, use and keep on me tools from my Grandfather and Father - a lot of them I don't like to use bc they are older and have a nostalgic meaning, so I keep them in my side work bag and those only come out once in a while - Always makes me smile as well! Right on!

I have never seen someone fit so much in one of these tech mc bags. I don't think I have this much in my mct. Great video man.

This is what it’s really all about, all of your tools have a story behind them or a meaningful purpose. Glad I came across this video brother. 👍👍

Great video. A lot of thought went into the organization of your bag. Its amazing how we set up our bags. Thx for being so thorough in your tour.

Thanks for watching. I tried to make it work with the tools I use the most being ready to grab but the ones I still need to carry tucked in there somewhere. 👍👍

Awesome video and bag. I just set up my first tool bag, I do a bit of everything I work as a facilities manager. Starting to get into more electric but I'm mostly self-taught on everything. Now I need to spend more money after watching this.

Nice loadout. That folding Milwaukee saw will be making it into my bag. Picquic drivers are amazing and unlike most multidrivers, the bits work in a drill directly with no adaptor needed. I have the torx and hex driver versions as well (I hate those folding sets and only have them for the larger sizes). I have big hands and insulated pliers are just more comfortable for me in addition to the safety aspect.

Great video!! I am very impressed to see that one Klien big squareshank Screwdriver fits in this particular Veto pak. By the way those T and B crimpers are possibly the best crimper in its class. I been wanting those crimpers but just can't justify spending the money, they are a bit pricey. Keep grinding bud!!

Get you a 3amp fuse breaker and make alligator pigtails for it. Use it as a jumper on lowvolltage to find shorts or to keep you from shorting when jumping out lowvoltage.

Awesome bag tour my man i have pretty much the same job you do, I do a little bit of everything electrical both high and low voltage, plumbing and being the welder and fabricator and I love every minute of it, I'm looking at the veto backpack as I have a klein backpack now but it's a bit on the small side and I can't really carry everything because our plant is pretty big and I hate making trips to the shop. I live in pa also and I work in hegins
@glassbybear22295 жыл бұрын
Hey, that's awesome. Sounds like we do just about the same thing. One minute its 480volt then 1. 1/2 PVC, then who knows. I as well love every minute of it. And those Klein nack packs are pretty sweet.

I have a pretty good size Klein roller bag. I moved away from the shoulder strap bags when I started getting neck problems. If I were to get a new tool bag, it would probably be a backpack style (perhaps the Milwaukee one like my buddy has). All Klein everything 😎👌
@glassbybear22295 жыл бұрын
Hey, I can see why you would get neck problems. These bags are great but they do get very heavy when fully loaded. Those new milwakee back pack styles are pretty sweet. 👍👍 thanks for watching

The driver you referred to as #2 squared we in the Electrical Trade refer to it as a Robertson mainly because the man that invented name was Robertson
@glassbybear22295 жыл бұрын
Thanks. I didnt know that, but from now on I feel I should call it that to show homage to the inventor. Thanks for watching👍

Nice loadout. I used to love klien too but have found Wiha stuff to be absolutely killer for the price. As an HVAC tech i use a lot of Hilmor tools too but check out more Wiha screwdrivers. They are my favorite. Great grip and great heads on them.

I’m jealous! I do new installs and travel on airlines with my tools. Right now I use a Husky rolling tote that works awesome for what I need it for. But it doesn’t have any kind of organization like the Vetos’ do. Interesting tools, not the usual go-to’s I see in other well experienced tool bags. 🤘
@glassbybear22295 жыл бұрын
Hey Chris, thanks for watching. The vetoes are expensive but are able to keep everything very organized. And that was the selling point for me. I did use a rolling totem for awhile. Mine was more like a tool box on wheels. Lol 👍✌
@thenetwerx5 жыл бұрын
Great video! Interesting mix of tools you have loaded for the work you do. Gives me some ideas for what I want to carry. Curious how the bag survives some abuse and what changes you make to your load out.
@glassbybear22295 жыл бұрын
Thanks, yeah I am the only maintenance tech in a shop of 60 people. So I do various types of jobs every day so I try to carry a little for each type of job. I do alote of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and general shop maintenance. I have changed some tools out a purchased some new. But so far the bag is holding up to 70 hour weeks with out a scratch. Thanks again👍

Great review man you said you got a way to tie your meter off on cranes mind making a video or explain how you do that I work on over head cranes daily doing electrical and already had my meter fall off twice
@glassbybear22295 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching. On my fluke it has the optional attached magnet holder. It has a loop on it so I got a clasp ring from the hardware store for it and just clip my lead on the ring. Works wonders. Kind of like a second hand incase mine slips. Hope this helps. ✌👍

Hey you know Klein has a policy with home depot that if your tool breaks or you cut something hot and you ruin your cutters you can take the tool with you to home depot and swap it out for a brand new tool no receipt needed (all Klein tools).
