When pairing, the red pairing light will blink with a new remote. Keep pushing the left or right button on the handheld till the base unit responds with an output light.

Hi I have just purchased 1 of these units. I seem to having trouble installing it. I have plugged my lead into X1 the pair red light flashes briefly and nothing happens....

Hi Jonathan, troubleshooting from a distance is difficult, please contact the shop where you bought your unit. I will ask our product specialist what could cause this. Is the power LED on after you plug in the X1 connector?
