I have the drill doctor, and I’m currently trying to replace it. It’s great, but it takes quite a bit of time, and you have to be about perfect with the setup to get results. Which is not ideal, because drill bits aren’t always perfect. A lot of time to setup and if you get it just slightly wrong, you have a ruined bit that you have to start from scratch to sharpen.

Did you read the instructions? You didnt put the collett on the chuck correctly. And your showing everyone how to do it wrong.
