Sorry bud but you need to read the directions a lot closer And pay attention to spelling wouldn't hurt either Collets are meant to be inserted in the holder in the reverse of how you display,they are meant to locate/lock in the collet holder You got a great result but could have been lucky

I have drill bit sharpener that is 260kg machine.It can sharpen drill till 40mm,if I compare to this ,it is hobby level funny little machine😊
