It’s nice having a slicer for jerky, but I doubt Jacks going to be making much jerky. Makes more sense to get it sliced thin at the butcher

If you smoke a turkey breast or make a roast beef, it would be great for doing thin deli slices (especially if you have a large family, you can prepare large quantity of sandwich meats). Of course, Jack uses it the stupidest way possible... slicing chops that should have just been done with a knife.

Why would you have your hand so close to a spinning blade? Those guards mean nothing. They’ll still remove the pulp of your finger and you’ll have no clue until you see the blood
