Pretty sure infernal burst would deal 4 damage not 40, as it doubles damage, not the base stat. So it would only hit for 40 against an enemy with 0 infernal, against an enemy with high infernal it's only a minor bonus.

Something tells me Kirsty might just be the underdog in this game. At least if all the attention is being focused on Pyrion, Rythian, Lewis and Duncan. It just seems like everyone's forgetting Kirsty has a giant three headed bird monster and a couple of other regiments that can very easily take one for the team when Duncan's kamikaze comes around.

Yeah, I wouldnt be surprised if they didn't realise taking Pandemonium makes you auto-win.

@@colossaldonut5190 takes 5 turns to win after taking pandemonium and it excommunicates you meaning people can take your stronghold as well which instantly kills you. And your stronghold really isn’t that strong so it is a good way to die if you don’t have a method to defend both for 5 turns.

@@Shadow-bk1im She could throw a rock (weak destruction ritual) at pandemonium and then go kill another player's stronghold, that doesn't require holding two objectives at the same time quite as much.

@@dbouya I have tried it before but pandemonium has really high resistance so it is extremely unlikely to work and be a waste of an action.

@@dbouya doing that also keeps you excommunicated and paints a massive target on your back while also not being that useful since the stronghold on its own isn’t that useful. It could be useful if you have the event card to end excommunication but other then that bad idea.

I dont think the double damage makes them have double power, I think it doubles the damage dealt after you subtract their combat value. I.e. Gorgon wont be 1 shot

why has Rythian seemingly rolled over completely? it doesn't seem like he's trying to do anything to undermine Pyrion or come back and he doesnt have the vassal artifact

Rythian said it himself that SI isn't like Civ where if you wanna do 2 things at once you very well could've if you click fast enough. Whereas in SI there seems to be a limit to the number of orders you can do. And there's like 3 orders for 5 different things you could do as far as I can see. And the fact that he lost a bunch of stuff in the last war so there you have it.

Not to mention, Pyrion isn't really a major threat. Having a strong Pyrion ensures his safety allowing him to turtle up and build economy, which is something he's good at.

as a vassal rythian can claim he came in second place if pyrion wins. undermining your lord is basically not a thing... rythian surrendered the entire game for almost no reason, probably because he thought the RP would be fun. even if rythian got his lord killed, he'd have spent all game long unable to earn prestige through diplomatic actions, so he'd be way behind... the only real way rythian would have to win would be to destroy pandemonium.
