Thinking it's broken is incorrect. A lot of players get Arsene and just hold forward. He's only "broken" because a lot of people can't deal with a Joker holding forward. MKLeo doesn't just hold forward and is the best preforming Joker.

Mars is a great ZSS, but the man never uses that jab, there's so many times he could have jabbed and gotten a free tech chase but just short hop nairs which gives sharp time to shield it
