The banshee is a convertible. U got everything right but aerodynamics. Incase u're still confused when a car is speeding and it is a convertible the wind goes into the car cuz it's open and slows it down. The police car may be heavy but the aerodynamics are probably better... Also in just realizing that u're comment is 2 years apart from mines I don't think there's a decent purpose in commenting but imma do so anyways cuz why not...

I could always feel that the Cheetah was faster at accelerating, but had a slightly slower top speed. But Cheetah gets my top pick because the slightly slower top speed is more than made up for by the better acceleration and handling of the Cheetah. Definitely the best car of GTA 3.
