I used the peel coat clear. 3 x coat of it 10 min dry times between. Then 30 min between the two use the nightshade x3 coats. 10 min dry times . then hit it again with 3 peel coat. Was a huge difference

I did something like that on my headlights long time ago... but wasn’t that dark did it light ,, did not last that long 4 months later was going back to normal gradually.. did it again a little more heavy this time and added a pair coat of clear coat and stick it up nice and last me a pair of year not bad , I like your video thanks for sharing 👀👍

At night when u turn your lights on does it look spotted ? Or clean?I used peal before but it’s awful.I used shades for my taillights and it’s awesome but always wanted to know how would it look in the front when lights on

about to do this to my 2013 Seqioia. What do you recommend for blacking out all my chrome & grill? i hear good and bad things about plastidip as well as peel coat on chrome. Top to bottom, blacking out everything on my gas guzzlin' beast.

Ya you should scuff it up. Watch a couple other people's videos these guys weren't very thorough. He went way too dark especially for headlights. I bet he can't see shit at night and is just asking to get pulled over. If you have a truck that nice you should be able to afford $100 for aftermarket headlights.

Well we don’t deal with inspections here in Florida. But if u ever have to remove it u can use brake cleaner, comes right off

You're supposed to wet sand the final coat to get rid of all that orange peel. Then 3 coats of clear. Again, wet sand the final coat of clear to smooth it out. FInal step, hit it with the buffer to make it glossy. Then it will last for years and years.

Tip people this is a stupid idea. What you do is buy headlight covers and tint the covers!!!!!! NOT the headlight lenses!
