Vi's old model was made at a time when they didn't have as strong of an understanding of animation and modeling from perspective. It looks fine from this perspective because it was made very "traditionally." Vi's legendary on the other hand is made 100% with animation and perspective in mind. It looks so exaggerated because you're never going to see it from this close, it's meant to look good while being seen from afar and from above in regular gameplay. Paying a legendary price for whats essentially a vgu does suck and is its own problem but that has nothing to do with how its animated- and this is animated well.

I hate those animations, too stretchy, too cartoonish. Would have been better to make this skin new base (but with classic animations), actual base a traditional skin and give her a VO update. This is a waste to give her that kind of legendary that don't even looks good.
