Welcome back to another episode of The Viall Files: Ask Nick Edition! We’re back to answer your burning questions about the world of dating and relationships. Before getting to our callers, we discuss bed-times and how many hours we need each night to not be crabby. We also read a submission from someone who got a Navy Diver’s number, and needs help crafting a message. We then get to our callers.
Our first caller needs help deciding if she should break up with her boyfriend. The relationship is going very well, and her friends and family love him, but she can’t help but feel like something’s missing. Our second caller’s boyfriend seems to be going through a quarter-life crisis, but she’s not sure if she’s the crisis. After 5 years together, he recently told her he’s not sure if he wants to get married, have children, or be in a relationship at all. She’s not sure if these sentiments are true, or if he’s just aging. Our final caller is wondering how to save his relationship after cheating. His girlfriend recently moved out, forcing him to return home across the country, so he’s wondering if he can salvage his relationship, and how.

57:00 yes you can see why her boyfriend hides his feelings, she starts giving him attitude right away and he shuts down, I also highly recommend women not to be on pill birth control, it changes your chemistry and you wont even notice how you've changed, others will, but you might not and then it will seem like everyone is against you...just from experience, it is serious stuff

Women need more sleep than men Nick. While men can do 6-8 hours, women should shoot for 8-9. When I got 9 hours of sleep consistently, it changed my life. Like I felt like this is the life I was supposed to live.

And the amount of time between when you go to bed and when you wake up isn't the amount of time that you sleep..we unknowingly wake in the night, and there are things that show this like sleep tracking devices and stuff... we also need a certain amount of deep sleep and some people can't get there or struggke so always feel tired. People have to be in bed for 10 hours to only get like 8 hours of actual sleep, or what their body needs.. it's not a simple matter🤪

Happy Columbus Day ! October 9, 2023. Love is a strong word, Like is becoming you. How can you say words , when some people don't give a relationship a chance. Some are a NO OR YES . What am I getting myself into, is a big question for some of these couples. The low class , girls asking a boy for extra money is ignorant ! Some generations could not wait to go to work because of poverty. What ever the price and poverty pays ! The oddness is a sexual attraction or a sugar daddy to take advantage of a boy ! World War II made a shortage of Ethnic girls. Some mixed Ethics had a baby , but now were not sexually attractive. When a girl has no business living on her own, when their is no thought of a sexual relationship. Not all Germans agree about, starved big shit in England who is English & German !
