I enjoy your videos! This video gave me some ideas about mounting a trolling motor on my Perception Outlaw 11.5. I haven't decided if I want it on the front or rear yet, so you just gave me a solution whichever I choose. Thank you.

Thanks! I have a video using this method for a stern mount on the Outlaw. It may interest you.

I like it! I bought a mount for my Sea Ghost 130 but I am not entirely happy with it. It is bulky and still flexes too much. I did something similar to what you did here on my old Malibu X-Factor. Now you have me thinking I should make a new one for the Sea Ghost. :) The Sea Ghost does run great with the Protruar!

Thanks Darren! I have seen the mount options for the 130 and they are big, bulky, and expensive. I wanted to make something that was low profile with a clean look. My 2nd kayak was an X factor. A beast with plenty of storage. Haswings are quality motors at great prices. Keep us posted if you decide to make one.

@@Aksmaniyak Mission accomplished! I still have the X-Factor but the front hatch cover got lost. The mount I made for it was inspired by one of your other videos where you heated and bent cutting board for a mount. Will do!
