Sorry, but you can't convince me that he's someone that was known for corny bars. Like I said, his technical ability has never been questioned but his pen was suspect many times. Back then, those corny bars were like he can't even take himself seriously so why should we? However, I didn't feel like that at all during the latest freestyle. Even the last single had a sense of acknowledgement for his craft that things were changing and he was putting his foot down. Has zero, ZERO to do with being woke enough to 'get' him.
