Honest review! 👍 On historical note, the Vibram Bikilas were their very first shoe. Named after Abebe Bikila who ran the marathon in Mexico City Olympics barefoot AND set a new WR . Can’t wait for my Vibram KSO to arrive so I can JumpRope in them 😊 ☮

Really good review 😊 I have a pair of these and also the V-Trails too. A lot of people give up on barefoot shoes during the transition period because of calf pain but once you get past this point, it's so worth it!

Very good advice. I've run in vibrams for years, and my v-runs are now getting close to 3,000km, they still look like new after coming out of the washing machine and there's still at least another 1,000km on them I reckon. Also love the KSO EVO's.

Thanks for the review. I just ordered a pair. Been wearing Vibram V-Train for a couple of years now. In daily life and during sports (also running). Unfortunately one of the loops snapped. Other than that they’re still in mint condition. Extremely durable. These will be much better for running I guess so I can’t wait to try them out!

Hi, great informative review👍 how long did it take you to adjust to these shoes? Personally, for work especially, I'm on my feet alot, up to 12 hours, and wore work boots, with steel cap, after a few years got issues and pain, up to knees and hip, since wearing softer lighter shoes, my movement is easier but pain still there. I don't notice so much as I'm used to it, but apart from working, and make time for resistance training and stretching, used to do martial arts and weight training for many years, now older im very careful to find good footwear, but never tried these

I love vibram and cant live without It. I wear mine for CrossFit. People are always looking at it and asking me about my vibrams. I prefer my vibrams over the CrossFit Reebok Nano, it's so light and that it makes me fly. However for squats I prefer my Reebok Nano, coz my mobility sucks.

Why are you in the gym reviewing shoes? Just go barefoot?
