Vibram® Hong Kong 100 - My first Ultra trail race

My love for both the bush and running ended up with me taking on a 100km ultra trail race in Hong Kong early this year.
100km (60 miles) of running through some of Hong Kong’s most scenic (and hilly) trails - why wouldn’t you!!
What do you pack for a long distance trail run? Watch as I pack my running vest the night before, then join me the following day as I run / walk my first ever ultra trail run.
