My notes: Mojo ball ☄️placement everyday : Spot one underneath collar bone both sides. Spot two: center of the sternum Spot 3: center of abdomen from bottom of the sternum to the navel Spot 4: upper thoracics at thoracis 1,2,3&4 both sides and place ball to the side of the spine. Spot 5: base of sacrum Lymphatics get stuck under the collarbone. Most lymph drains to the left side. Do the big six lymph reset daily. Vegas nerve and phrenic nerve sits close to the collarbone. 20-30 seconds each collarbone side. If you cough you have successfully stimulated the Vegas nerve. Don’t worry if you didn’t cough. Sternum: Vagus nerve travels behind the sternum also wraps around your esophagus, heart and lungs. Breathe normally when you vibrate this area. Mid abdomen: cisterna chyli biggest lymph node. Gut brain access center. Upper thoracic: someone will have to do this area for you or use a chair or floor. Vibrate both sides. This area controls blood flow to the brain. Tightness and tension will result. Sacrim/tailbone:: is parasympathetic nervous system. Place center of sacrum keep 30 seconds to one minute. Do these areas daily. ❤ Like and subscribe

I just did all five, first time ever trying to drain any lymphatic nerves in my body. I'm definitely more relaxed. I'm going to do this every day for a few weeks and try to remember to come back here to give an update. Thanks again Doctor for sharing these simple hacks for less pain

Wow,, thank you very much! I just wondered why I hadn’t seen your channel on my recommended vids, did a search to see if I haven’t been like KZbin do at times and there you are talking about vibration ball exercises. Talk about synchronise, lol, I’ve just treated myself to a ball. Yippee!😊

@ thank you Dr Perry, I’ve been following your channel for a few months now and it’s helping me, I am five years on my better health journey, some of us realise we’ve suffered enough and start learning the truth about how to be healthy. I’ve been eating a very high fat animal based diet for four years now, learning about exercise, light, circadian rhythm, deuterium, fourth phase of water etc. like you very early on missed the stuff about the lymphatic system, so here I am taking it in. I wish you a very happy new year!

Yes and no. Plate is general full body. This is targeted localized vibration therapy. DO both
