Not really. A paradiddle-diddle is RLRRLL or LRLLRR. And all the notes are equal in length. A 6 stroke roll is RLLRRL or LRRLLR and the first and last notes are twice as long as the four middle notes. However, you can "slur" the rhythm and make them equal. When you do that, you are basically playing a paradiddle-diddle with the second note of the rudiment on the down beat. Wow, I just made that more complicated than it needed to be.

Brian, I can't write it out here. It is just three 6 stroke rolls and then one paradiddle which brings you to left hand.
