I’m sorry Vic. All I ever wanted to be was a teacher. I didn’t go to college until I was 40 and graduated at 45. I loved teaching! It was in my heart and soul. When I was 58, I was asked to resign and not given a reason. It crushed me. It has been seven years and my heart is still broken over it. I could not get another job teaching because of my age. I had to go on and do something else, but nothing brought me the joy that teaching did. I’m very sorry that this all happened to you and nothing can replace what you had worked so hard to build. But now, you have a beautiful wife and a precious dog and I hope you can move on past this garbage and know that you have so many fans that believe you and believe in you. I do hope you have work or find work that will bring you joy even if not what you had before. I do hope Dominique and Oscar can fulfill part of the hurt in your heart and soul. Heya, BetaVez from the stream here. This was probably the most emotional heavy stream I've been on. I cried for days after that cause of seeing how vulnerable he is for going through that long battle. It's unbelievable how much of a long hard battle he's been facing. He may have lost most of his career as a result of this nonsense firestorm, but probably one of the big things he has not lost, are his loyal fans like myself and others.

Thank you for saving this and uploading it. Makes me want to give him another hug. What a shame for such a positive, cheerful soul to have his awesome magical life and career just morph into this ugly monstrosity that really did stab him in the back. But I love his work. If he hadn't killed it as Edward Elric, anime wouldn't be where it is today. My family wouldn't have gone to anime conventions and cosplayed, we wouldn't have dabbled in making abridged series, or got so many great memories of meeting fans and doing things with them. He's the one who pushed me to cosplay as Junpei in the first place, and it was one of the best cosplays I've ever done if not the very best. One day I hope I can meet with him and we can just chill, one on one, maybe over lunch, and just recount the awesome memories it all brought about. That would be nice.

I watched your video of meeting Vic a handful of times cause of how heartwarming your experience was from talking to him both on his Livestream and in person. I joined his Livestream earlier this year, and I also just saw Vic this past June and he LOVED my Edward Elric cosplay. He also said to me that we should make it a tradition to meet each other as many times as possible.

Thank you for sharing this. I can't get on the Twitch streams (especially since Twitch does not support Firefox anymore and has not for a long time, and Wednesdays are usually choir rehearsal). It breaks my heart to know what he has gone through. I have health issues and can't just go travel to where HE is at events, but I can and do pray for Vic.
