Sir jese apne btaya ki third party liable nhi hoge jb agar cource of employment ke time agar vo apna main kaam nhi kr rha ho tb us se koi glti ho jaye toh uss time vo third party se liability nhi le skta ....lkin us conductor ko koi compensation dena pdega kya limpus ko
