What if 2nd lord is in 9th house and 9th lord is in 2nd house. they are both in 8th and 6th from eachother but its also a parivartan yoga. the planets involved are moon in 2nd and jupitar in 9th (scorpio ascendant). how would this be interperted ?

I believe the part where he says trines and 4, 8 and 12 positions with malefics is bad is meant to be houses from it not fire and water signs. That might be confusing to some people. For example if you have Saturn in gemini it would be in a trine from Aquarius and Libra and the 4th from Piscis, 8th from Scorpio and 12th from Cancer. If you put Saturn in Virgo the trines would be Taurus and Capricorn and the 4th, 8th and 12th would be Sagittarius, Aries and Leo. So trines is always the same element and a malefic there aspects everything by being trine to it and "moksha trine" is just another trine that hits these places that relate to your well being. If you make your 12th more malefic it hurts the 1st more, if you harm the 4th the foundation is messed up and if you hit the 8th it's own longevity suffers. That's why malefics there are bad for that house in question but it doesn't have to be fire and water signs.
