Vice Chancellor conferred with Honorary Col Commandant rank at CSKHPAU-2023

Prof. H.K.Chaudhary,Vice Chancellor was conferred with the honorary rank of Colonel Commandant of NCC in an impressive pipping ceremony at CSK H.P.Agriculture University.
Brigadier Rohit Datta decorated Prof Chaudhary with Col Commandent rank.In his address Brig Datta conveyed congratulations to the Vice Chancellor on behalf of Director General NCC and the nation and said that only 13 Vice Chancellors have been conferred this Honorary Col rank this year.
