The wife being deceptive early on 4:15 . Wife: "He gave his friend marijuana" host: "He gave it to him or sold it to him" WIFE: "Oh no he sold it to him" Her credibility is out the window early on with hiding the fact that he was selling weed. @@GeeGee19 You don't go to jail for petty amounts of weed anymore, you can slam fent in front of cops, they don't care. You're not allowed to do it while not being a citizen, it's not about drugs, it's about immigration. If you want to live in a liberal hell hole where you can freely do drugs in front of cops, there are plenty of cities for that, I don't think you'll like it though. You could always move to the southside of chicago if it bothers you that much. Weed is legal in some states, but you can't walk around with a concealed gun while smoking and that's a constitutional right. If they let this slide, you'd have cartels running the country by now. I knew a guy who didn't have a citizenship and he made 500 bucks a day from his janky food truck, he didn't sell weed. You don't have to sell weed, nobody is making anybody do that.

This happened right at the time I was finishing up my contract at my job and my visa was ready to change to a new one . Due to the injuries I overstayed my visa one freaking day , it didn't matter that I had my entire life there, I had hospital papers and doctors notes , an apartment in my name , a beautiful gf , pets and more . I had to leave immediately (mind you I was still extremely messed up from the seizure) No if ands or buts! It ruined my entire life and I got a year ban on entering back into Taiwan on the 90 day visa free landing visa. I lost everything my gf ,my pets ,80% of my belongings so I don't feel bad for anyone deported from America I don't care what story they have ! They shouldn't be in America illegally. American gets mad that draconian immigration policies from a hard-right government that is essentially just a US Naval base propped up by American tax dollars has rocked his life in an unfair way; comes out the other side of a deportation dragnet blaming immigrants harder and expressing less empathy, rather than more? Immigration is the only thing keeping America from looking like Japan and several other nations in terms of its aging workforce, which is why deporting 15 million people would literally implode our economy in several key sectors overnight. Aging population issues and a lack of local replacements are a huge part of the material conditions that gave you a job in Taiwan, genius.

Here is my take on this. I was sent back to my country of birth Jamaica aswell. The ICE attorney stated I was placed in removal proceedings for changing the date on i check i received due to cashing it too late. Spent 4 months at a detention center in Miami literally starved us in there this is also a place where I and many others were verbally abused everyday by the guards not to mention one guard assaulted me because i didnt show enough respect for him basically being a mall cop for non violent people. Btw i took a flight to the united states but they treated me like i teleported to the US. They told me time and time again I has no rights in the US And i am a undocumented alien even though i have a valid passport and US VISA. Finally i was married at the time for 3 years and already did a petition for alien relative 1 year before, btw I have 2 businesses in the US

Shouldn't have been selling weed to anyone given how much there was at stake. That's on him. Go somewhere else and break the law.

I found a Go Fund Me by Heidi with this update: Now finally, after so many years, the U.S. government has given Kenault permission to come back to the U.S. and reunite with Melissa and Devario.

Trust me it can be very much real, nothing hidden or added or subtracted. Selling drugs is considers a crime of moral turpitude if he had even slap the child of his mom it would hold the same weight as selling drugs and can and would be deported for that.. it’s all discretion sometimes and some people are lucky others aren’t. I spent 4 years in jail could have been deported but wasn’t because they considered I served in the army I went to war , and I was lucky but that still don’t mean at any given day when I try to renew they can’t deny it. So I’m at risk at every renewal so far I’ve renewed once.. I was also held by ICE illegally and they tried to screw me over took my military ID my passport everything. I was just like I said lucky and a fighter so I moved quickly before I could have gotten tied up in the system.

Look... i came to America via the lottery visa. Paid over 7k to process my visa, BTA n transportation. I came in here, n worked my butt off. You are told that certain crimes could deport you till you get citizenship. IM living in the RACIST SOUTH. Or what they make us believe. Look, when you live your country to any place or country, add value to that place. Do not add to their problem. We can do better as legal immigrants. Btw... i don't think the illegals, Kamala Harris allow into the country face same strick measure. Naa. Instead, they giving them over 18k and busines loans available to them. Yet the citizens suffer. Do better immigrants. The USA have many problems. Dont add more to theirs.

If you come here from ANOTHER country why would you break the law? Look what you've done to the woman you claim to love. Let this be a lesson to other immigrants. FOLLOW the law don't break it or POOF you'll be gone.

I am glad that there are still people like you who have never broken the law. For those of us who may have had a speeding ticket or inadvertently broke some law and did not get caught, we know how easy it is to commit minor offenses. The question is whether this person who was here legally and committed a minor offense for which he served time still poses a risk to society or whether he would be an asset (if not to society then to his wife and son). Our ancestors almost all came from another country. If they consistently through history deported everyone who committed any offense, I bet you would not be here and the Native Americans would still have their country.
