When they legalized marijuana in southern California cops raided legal weed dispensaries, they took all their money, inventory, computers and books. They didn’t charge them with any crime just took everything they wanted. The cops or retired officers started up their own weed dispensaries with everything they took sometimes keeping the same location of the bust. This happened at over 30 locations thoughout Orange County, mostly Santa Ana. My buddy’s dad was one of the retired sheriffs that ran several of these dispensaries and made a ton of money quick. That’s policing in America. 🇺🇸 right?

Back in my drug partying days in the early 2000s, I'm from northwest Indiana, and I FIRST HAND SEEN A SO CALLED LEGAL ROBBERY OF A DRUG ADDICT. Me and my buddies were caught up in some bad stuff, heroin addiction, back in the days, but not drug trafficking or any kingpin type of stuff that they should totally be seizure of assets. But back to my story, me and 3 buddies used to go to the projects in Chicago, the Robert Taylor Homes, which is now torn down like all the other notorious drug trafficking dens, get our dope and everyone would pitch in for the person that would JUMP and actually go into the projects, while the driver who was at the time, sometimes it would be any one of us, we all had cars, and were friends since we were young. Well after you get off the highway, the projects are basically right there, they just had to be super fast and wear a hoodie, cause were all white and if Chicago cop sees a white person coming in or out of the projects, they know what's up and your getting frisked and roughed up if you were caught going in there, and maybe sometimes a trespassing arrest if they have told you multiple times you can't be there. So they usually wait until your running out so they can catch ya with the dope, but we had so many hiding spots on us, if they did frisk they would basically have to strip you naked to find it. People put it in their shoes or compartments in them, they would cut a line with a razor inside their belt area inside the jeans or pants and you would have to be damn good to find it. But back to the story cause this is taking forever, my buddy Amy had a almost brand new car like me back in the days, she was driving her new Mitsubishi Eclipse, which was worth about 14 to 15 grand. And I guess on our way back a state trooper in Illinois seen us getting back on the expressway 80 94 and seen our Indiana plates but she floored it when she hit the exit, we were freaking gone by the time he could even turn around to get on the exit to expressway. But he called it in on the radio and we thought we were good, even made it back into Indiana after like 15 minutes, next thing we know Indiana State Boys get behind us and hit their lights. We all got pulled outta the car, and Amy, she was the driver wasn't very smart cause she had a spoon and needles under her seat. They only found dope on my other friend Shawn cause he couldn't wait to do his stuff, he was doing it in the backseat, me and my other buddy didn't get got with anything, cause I knew the golden rule, don't take it outta your hidden spot until safe and home and never, NEVER carry syringes. Well Amy got charged with possession, and possession with intent to bring I into a facility, cause she had her stuff in her private pouch and thought she could slide past the jail staff with it 😆, but the sad part and the WRONG part was because she had syringes and it was like 2.5 grams of heroin they weighed out at the jail, they Confiscated her car! They stole her new car her parents got her just cause we were a bunch of stupid teenage addicts. It showed me right there when I was young what the police department and the politicians are all about. Lining their own pockets. Freaking 18 year old girl got caught with a little dope, and paraphernalia, and they Seized her car, said it was because of drug trafficking and illegal activities. Tell me this, who does that help? The addict? The taxpayers? Nope. It helps them. After they ask Ed d that law we started taking the train, South shore 😆. Freaking biggest mafia in the country is the government.

You still have to have licenses in Michigan to grow, transfer, prescribe, sell and destroy weed waste in the States that have legalized cannabis for medical purposes. Each step requires a different license, and most of them require training to obtain each license. It's not a "legal weed business" if you're skipping any of these steps.

Cops are doing these things because they won't be personally held liable for their actions, usually. They even have Qualified Immunity from prosecution when they destroy your house, steal your property, physically hurt you, etc, even if you didn't commit any crime Cops go to court claiming that they simply enforced the law, cops don't go to court to admit their wrongdoings. They know that most of the poor people that they target won't have the resources to do anything about it. Then the other cops and prosecutors will lie and cover-up the truth too, so they can portray their victims as criminals. If there was no automatic Qualified Immunity in Michigan (or in America) then folks like the Caregivers in this video, would probably not be getting victimized like this - in fact in a real democracy there should be no Qualified Immunity in the first place - it's just an excuse for fascism.
