Here's my story: one time, I was driving home from work and noticed an old caucasian couple walking on the side walk so I thought it'd be nice to wave at them(driving past them on the street). Didn't think nothing of it, got home and about 15 minutes later, cops showed up asking for my ID's and where I've been doing...because according to a "very valid" report, he'd received a phone call that someone of my description and my license plate number was trying to run people over on the side walk. Just then I realized, it's that old white folk couple that I've waved to on the sidewalk earlier. Yep, white privilege at its finest...and weaponizing that privilege to its full potential.

Maybe this is a mute conversation for you but the Peace Office should do just that, create a atmosphere of Peace and not subject minorities to excessive abuse. Maybe you do not realize that it is contagious. So that when a Policeman or woman act with compassion than the recipient in turn acts the same. Violence or corruption creates more violence or corruption and than who needs a cop for that. If you look at the percentages you showed in your text than you should show compassion for a group of people being unfairly targeted. I suggest you watch the video 10 times if you do not realize the problem I would say you are part of the problem. I would rather look at Police as Heroes as I do Fireman. They are baiting mistakes by tailgating. Next time an officer is behind you so closely you can't see their headlights see how you feel. Your anxiety of focusing on the road ahead and the dumb idiot behind that could rear end you if you have to make a sudden stop can cause you to roll a stop sign or miss a traffic light. Veer in the lane or subconsciously speed up over the limit. Some of these tactics need to be checked in GO's before patrol begins. There is being fair and then there is playing dirty. A clean traffic stop should be the goal.

A few years ago in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia, WAVY TV 10 did an undercover story of Driving While Black. It was late summer/early fall. They got two young black guys (late 20's, early 30's), had them dress in some trendy clothes, and loaned them a brand new Mercedes to dive around the 757 area code. They did this at varying times of day, or night. With the windows down so that they can be seen. They even drove past cops when they saw them. Sometimes even waving to them. They had hidden cameras and mikes on them, and the car. They obeyed all laws, but they drove around the 757 for two weeks. What happened? They got to drive around in a nice new expensive car for two weeks. WAVY wanted to see if DWB was a problem around here. Its not! After editing, they revealed the story a month later.

Welcome to America! This has been going on for years and years and years... Not a shocker at all. I was 12 years old when I had my 1st experience with a cop. Riding my bike through a rich white neighborhood going to my friends home with my Super Nintendo in a duffel bag. A black trailblazer with dark tints, keep in mind I couldn't see who was in it. I went down another block, I see the same car at the stop sign again. Now I'm getting worried.. I make a right turn and then I hear tire screeching. The car takes off after me, I ditched my bike and bag run back towards the stop sign, run back again where I ditched my bike trying to shake whoever this is. Finally I find a hiding spot in the bushes. I'm thinking man someone is trying to kidnap or kill me.. Somehow this person managed to sniff me out really quickly, I was relieved when I saw it was an officer. Little did I know this cop had other things in mind for me. I was grabbed by my collar thrown into his truck gun to my head asking why did I run away from him knowing that he was a cop. Wow! Keep in mind I couldn't see who was in this vehicle. Entire neighborhood is outside at this point! He told everyone to back off this is justice! To show you a slave mindset my mother was furious at me as if I was in the wrong.. Lol... This was in New Orleans in 1994! Think about all of the footage we have access to that shows cops beating us, killing us, disrespecting us, their dogs biting us, spraying water us, arresting us, harassing us. I can go on and on and on... Being Black In America!

You are no longer innocent until proven guilty, you are guilty until you can prove without a reasonable doubt that you are innocent. Our judicial system is corrupted and broken. I've been in a lot of different court rooms from traffic and up. If you get charged with a crime and you don't have the money to bail out, you have to sit in jail until court. But if you have the money you can get out. That is in no way shape or form fare. Most people will take a plea deal because they don't have the money for a lawyer to help them fight it. I think we need a complete overhaul of our judicial system. And stop this policing for profit.

Just go back to the beginning of the video when the judge said we take checks cash & other municipalities & look at the courtroom full page of what appeared to be 90 % of Blacks & Latinos but they said the town was majority Caucasian so if there is no racism how can that be? We all know certain people are treated differently in almost each & every city of America. 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
