I purchased Tama Marching Drums for my high school marching band. Birch bubinga shells, stainless steel hardware....heavy as can be, but worth their weight. They do make a lighter series too.

yeah they've made marching drums since 2010 i believe. If you look up "genesis drumline 2016" you can hear a full battery playing them.
