1) Soft girl energy: bring some light heartedness to the environment , don’t feel defensive. Dont be ready for combat at all times. No one wants to go to war when they try to have fun. Be present in the moment. Don’t wait for the shoe to drop. Be light and playful. Let go of your insecurities. Be vulnerable to yourself and other ppl. Close your eyes. Take 3 deep breaths. Visualize a lift as you are breathing out. Imagine a green lift is going through your head and passing your throat and going into your heart. ♥️ 5:43 take up space

Omg what you explained at the 8:00 minute mark is so true. I get treated so well when I put effort into my appearance, even if it's just wearing a cute headband or colourful jewelry, it's like people subconsciously want to impress me because I impressed them.

Something that strucked me in the books is that Serena was wearing her own signature fragrance, a blend of essential oils (patchouli and Ylang Ylang? I read the books more than 15 years ago so...), and as it's so unique to her, people recognize it instantly. Maybe my 2024 goal should be to find my signature fragrance?

Notes for myself🥰🥰 from head to heart define your own brand of femininity (what do you want to be known for? What are you known for?) don't be defensive take care care of your looks and take space just by knowing you got it make your energy linger soft delivery in boundaries but committing to them

8:00 THIS !! I've always thought that "pretty privilege" was a very confusing naming. Most people don't understand it's more about "PUT TOGETHER privilege" and seriously ANYONE can benefit from it!

I decided to work on my feminine energy mostly because my therapist advised me to try to feel my feminine archetype more than masculine one. I'm actually trying to understand the differences between both energies. I decided to open this video randomly, I'm not the type of person that tries to get validation from others. And in the first part "be soft and playful" where you talk about living in the moment and try not to be always in the fight mode I almost got cry. Because I spent my entire life living in that mode because of the problems I had to fight for and the support I never got from anybody. I feel like I need to be more carefree and cheerful first for my psychological health. I just don't know how to do that, but thanks to this tip I understood what my therapist meant. So I guess I know what to work for my next encounter with her. Thank you❤️

I'm absolutely in love with your video and messages you deliver. I especially like the idea of 'my brand of feminine energy' and the fact 95% of the time, my enerergy speaks of my boundary. I can think of a few things I can adhere to, like eating healthy meals for at least every 5-6 hours, going to bed before eleven and not let myself be exhausted.

So elegant, eloquent, poised and sophisticated. Vikita, you are the epitome of THAT girl, and your content is so helpful and valuable. You summed it up perfectly- Serena's character embodies light feminine energy while Blair represents the dark feminine. I actually loved Blair's character on the show more, with her quick wit, confidence, high standards/boundaries and masterful leadership (no matter how twisted 😂) but I think a happy balance between the 2 types of energies is the perfect place to be. ❤ this video!

So basically being a normal person? 😂 This is most women. *What sucks is at the end of the day, your worth isn’t who is obsessed with you* These “techniques” can attract loons, narcissists and creeps too. So it really isn’t a big deal. BE YOURSELF LADIES. If it’s goofy, go for it. Your person, who is meant for you, will LOVE you for it.

Can you make a video on masculine energy and how to be a high value man? For the men watching. Because I enjoy some parts of feminine energy like manifesting enormous amounts of money easily (I mean why grind, take hardcore action just because I'm a man? It's illogical at this point). And yet I want to still be masculine. My father was not a strong, masculine man so I feel I need some ideas on what to model.

Hello. I love watching your videos. But can I ask something/gently correct you regarding something? I do not wish to be rude, and I'm not even sure that what I'm about to say is actually the correct phrase, but i noticed that you used the same phrase before in some other video as well. Is it not "contrary to popular belief", rather than "popular to contrary belief"? English is not my mother tongue, nor my native language so i could be wrong. But I just wanted you to notice this in case it helps you ahead in life. Much love to you!
