I have vm 120 with dowels in them (not ones with Allen key head). One of them is stuck. Hitting /shocking the chuck even after applying lube. Any other suggestions?

You may have to soak it for a while in Kero or something like WD40 to loosen the pin. Use safety glasses and the blow it with compressed air afterward. Try that

i had my chuck lock up on me and trying to scroll it i broke the gear teeth on both pinions :/ ... can i buy the 12 tooth pinions separately? anybody know?
