ACL just 2 weeks after signing for a club, far away in the colds of Scandinavia, losing your mom...just wow! The mentality to still keep it together, and go make this career...we Nigerians are built different! Love him now. Plus he's so humble. Such a sad one he's picked up an injury in training which has cost him the Afcon. Come back stronger mate! 💚

Next Afcon, he will be 24. I hope we finally get him to play. I was so much looking forward to the link up with Osimhen in the front to terrorize our opponents. Terem moffi is a good player to.

Mikel says “In the Super Eagles, I was the Zizou”. Deep down in Mikel’s he fancies the number 10 position he never played in at Chelsea. He knows he was originally designed for that attacking and controlling midfield position. Mikel don’t worry, we love you regardless.

The injury to Victor Boniface is not new, it’s a legacy occurrence in the Super Eagles setup. The moment a superstar striker is rising, he picks an injury before a Major tournament. It’s happened to Emenike in Confederations Cup in 2013, and we suffered playing that tournament with Ideye. That was Mikel’s best tournament in the Super Eagles Midfield position anyways. It also Happened to Victor Osimhen in 2021 (Covid), now it is happening to Victor Boniface. De Ja Vu!

In Nigeria, epl clubs with the highest fans are Man U, Chelsea, and Arsenal. There are Liverpool fans but not as much as these 3. There are Man City fans among the new gens, not much at all as well. Lesser than Liverpool fans by far but growing cos of how good man city is now. There are arsenal fans true cos of kanu, I think they grew also in number when Kanu joined but mostly as well cos of wenger and his style of play and he was winning at the time. Won the title being undefeated. Arsenal was beautiful to watch. There are Chelsea fans not cos of Mikel, as much we love Mikel, sorry Mikel, but it was cos of how good they were at the time, always winning trophies. Same with Man U. Chelsea and Man U. Has the highest fan base in Nigeria. Followed by Arsenal and 4th is Liverpool.

I think Victor Boniface should remain in Germany. He shouldn’t be in a rush to move. He’s in a very good environment where he’s thriving, after all there’s nothing special about premier league other than the money. The EPL lacks technicality. I’m proud of Boniface when he said he doesn’t really like the EPL. First time I have seen a Nigerian player have a different opinion. Kudus Boni.

Imagine Boniface going through all these & not resigning himself to the 'mental health' card, compare that to Dele Alli. Which would you rather be: go through stuff & apply yourself to it or go through stuff & feel sorry for yourself? Boniface knows he has no option than to win. The none Western approach to 'mental health' issues is the best.

Premier league is soo scary for players that they are saying things like I don’t like it because of the physicality. The only league that really tests you’re ability and finds out if you’re really a baller or just a big fish in a small pond like la liga. I’ve seen him play and I know he won’t succeed in the prem , he’s not good enough and they say he’s techcinal but he’s not clean with it in terms of the way he touches the ball. Lastly there’s no way he’s 23 that’s his football age, he’s in his late 20s by the looks of it, I would say 26/27. Every subsaharan African knows that ppl have been lying about their age to get to Europe. Look at the mali u17 in the World Cup they went by. He’s a good footballer but I don’t think he’s anything special and will Become a world beater but he can have a good career
