The Victor ledgers indicate that this recording (Victor 35015-A) was made by Arthur Pryor’s Band, with male chorus by Harry Macdonough and Samuel Rous (as S. H. Dudley), at Victor’s Camden studios on September 23, 1908.

@Kittielips What? Haha. I'm really not sure what you said. I will say that I love Lucy Isabelle Marsh's voice though, although this isn't her version. Very catchy, not hard to see how this song could be a #1 hit (twice in the same year).
