I'm honestly quite tempted to seize Canada from Britain, but we may look towards such "isolationist" expansion after we finish reorienting and fixing the economy. Gonna see a lot more construction pouring in with the next video, turn all those peasants into demanding workers!

You certainly will! Not sure if we'll go past 1936 since the game ends there and we shouldn't play indefinitely, but I'm glad that our economy is skyrocketing and is set to continue that pace for the next several decades.

Glad you liked the video! As for the game speed, which I'm a bit surprised by too I'll admit, it's likely due to my DDR5 RAM sticks with a total of 32 GB of RAM to help with processing for everything as well as an SSD. I'm not 100% certain of course because a LOT goes into game speed, but being able to calculate more things at once does help! I upgraded my computer either earlier this year or last year, I forget, and I've really been seeing the increased speed.

I just got my first actual gaming PC this year (on a budget) so it's heaven compared to my old gaming laptop, but I still have ways to go i see ;D The whole million people frostpunk videos was when i first came across your channel, and I'm happy to see the Victoria III content as it's one of my favorite games! Keep up the good work!

Yeah, I’m certain I’m mispronouncing it due to how rarely I’ve said it aloud until recently. I’ll have to fix it like how I’ve recently fixed my pronunciation of Oligarchy!
