US Foreign Policy still remains the same Containment of Russia and China- Madam Nuland was the spear point of an aggressive version of this basic policy with tremendous blow back at the cost of thousands of lives in Ukraine and other flashpoints. Her departure won’t change this basic policy just adjusting the methodology to still maintain this goal of containment.
