I worked at VS. in NJ. and got fired because I gave the evening manager an answer she didn't like. she asked me in a room filled with non-black women "is it true what they say about black men not wanting to go down on women" I replied I don't know, I've never had that problem. next day I was gone. so I called corporate on their asses and they paid $10,000 so I wouldn't file for discrimination and wrongful termination. I was 19 at the time and yes I regret not taking it further but I honestly didn't know better and had no advisement in that situation. 😕

I had racial conflict as well with VS about 13 years ago and being a letter writer, notified the corporate office to close my account. I received an apology and my response to that was to again, CLOSE my account. I gave away the gift certificate and now walk past VS without a glance whatsoever. End of story.

I am with you 100%. When I first saw the video on your channel, I immediately decided to never deal with Victoria's Secret again. That was the primary outlet where I shop for undergarments until I saw this video. I also found disturbing that she was crying. I would not have given them the satisfaction of my tears. Just like you said, stop going to their stores and start a lawsuit. She had all the evidence through video. All sistas' DON'T GO TO VS...EVER AGAIN!!! That's Black Economics 101. There was a day I as a black person got checked out a Walmart store and an employee at the exit door asked me to show my receipt. After I did so, another customer, a minority told me I should sue for it and that he sued a store for that. If I knew it was wrong, I'd record it and take Walmart to court.
