It's insane that stuff like this is less available to non-American collectors than it was in 1981, when a kid in Australia could send proof of purchases to Kenner and receive a mail-away figure 12 weeks later.

Exactyl Adrian ! I'm in Sydney & started buying the Kenner SW figs in 1978 as an early teen. I still have the Hoth Backpacks & Gas Mask sets from TESB. Ironically, with IMPROVED shipping & online buying it is now MORE difficult to obtain these special releases. I had to import my SW TVC Antoc Merrick X-Wing from eBay USA after Hasbro Australia told me last week (via email) that it would likely NOT be released here nor in many other Pacific Region countries.

Yeah guys it’s insane. I live in Canada and finding this stuff is hilariously difficult and random at times. We just got the Leia Endor line with the 50th symbol in my Walmart now. Like 4 months later. Lol. It’s weird in Canada you have to be patient. Too many exclusives though.

They look great. Wish I could get a hold of one of these packs, but of course they were sold out very quickly. Once again, Hasbro lets down the collector on the distribution front! Really hope they offer more of the stormtrooper sets because there is a huge demand for these that is not being met!

these were only sold out right away on Shop Disney. Hasbro Pulse had them available for at least a month before they were sold out. I have 2 coming on wednesday from shop disney and the rest will come from hasbro pulse next year

As a mostly loose collector, I love these! I've seen some posts of them with bad paint, but yours look pretty good. Thanks for breaking it down for us. I wonder when the Hasbro Pulse orders will come in? I ordered 2 boxes of stormys, 1 box of Rebel Fleet Troopers, and the Tantative IV playset. Got the playset already and sold the carded figure to offset the cost.

Victoria my TVC IG-11 at Amazon was dated Feb 3 but it’s actually shipping today. So maybe a few of their containers arrived early!

It makes you think that this is a good way to get multiples of a troop builder, at a lower price. But after you add in the shipping cost, and divide by four (figures) you end up paying the same as retail for each figure. (It is still cool, don't get me wrong, but it doesn't save you any money.)

Very excited for this new troop building initiative and I think it's such an awesome move by Hasbro! Can't wait for my sets to arrive from Pulse. I've seen some posts concerning sloppy paint applications but your samples are looking pretty good. Great video Victoria!

They are currently sold out on Hasbro Pulse. They only allow 2 per customer. I really do not have to say it, but Hasbro is making bank on this product, so how the hell they managed to screw it up concerning quantity of product is beyond me. It's getting insane that I'm having to buy figures from eBay just to keep up.

Do you know what the numbers on the back of the box mean? Yours says 12031 and my two boxes have different numbers:12041 and 12051.

@@VictoriasCantina Yes, in the UK, but EU countries have no Hasbro Pulse. According to Hasbro it should be available exclusively at Shop Disney EU in the European Union, but Shop Disney EU does not offer anything TVC, and they haven't heard about it yet. 🙄

They are a nice army building set. I’ve sadly seen a few that have the ‘/\’ vent has had some badly painted apps. I must admit I’d have loved some more TVC packaging. Although I do like artwork. Is that some weird sculpted details on the top of the helmets - on the artwork that is for some of the figures. A lovely set.

You're pretty lucky to get your hands on these But yeah overall I'm really glad that Habsro is finally doing army builder packs Its a smart move I do wished That these packs where in stores as well Walmart and Target so that way People could build their own Galactic Empire I'm looking forward to the rebel pack I would like to see Dark Troopers First Order Or maybe a Separatist Alliance pack

the pulse site wasnt sold out for at least 2 weeks as far as i remember. but the shop disney ones sold out in less than 2 hours. I ordered from both sites

I didn't say that. I said in the US it's a Hasbro Pulse and Shop Disney shared exclusive. It's very likely to be released elsewhere.

Great video as always. I'm not gonna bury my money on this. For the prices these are being dealt, might as well be 6-inch black series. But no, they're expensive and diminutive. On Aliexpress I can get a squad of five 3.75-inch Stormtroopers for 20 bucks! Hasbro should really lower its prices. The only interesting this about this set is the squad leader having a "Jedha pauldron" with those lines over the orange. Other than that, it's a hard pass for me. I'll be waiting for the bootleg version.

The brow line paint is poorly applied, looks like a factory reject, Tunghori level quality instead of Vintage Collection quality.

@@VictoriasCantina you need to look closer at those brow lines, they are painted well above the the sculpted ridge that is supposed to be black. Pretty sloppy for a Rogue One Stormtrooper.
