Victoria , I just made your biscuits. They came out beautiful. Light and fluffy and perfect little shapes. I am amazed , not that I really want biscuits all the time but it is so great to have this option and it make a lot of them. My second batch I added jalapeno pieces and some swiss chess cut up in tiny pieces. I was afraid how they would turn out. They came out perfect. Bravo to you , you did an amazing job. I used the self rising flour. 🥰😍🤩

Oh my goodness you are a genius. Thank you Jesus for sending this young woman into our Keto life. I was having a terrible time with your flours until A: you developed this flour and B: I discovered my scale was only measuring half of what it should. So “all” my measurements were off. In the last 3 months I can’t tell you how many ingredients I wasted, not to mention the money I spent. I purchased and verified the weight measurement on my new scale and made a triple batch if this flour. I then made a batch of my all time favorite chocolate chip cookies using your flour and your keto sugar. VOILA! SUCCESS. I’m so thankful that my son figured out the problem. Thank you for all you do and may the Lord greatly bless, and heal you on your seizure journey! ❤

Love you and all of your videos! Your flour and bread recipe has changed my life! Thank you again! TIP: When you're done with your orange Now Brand Egg White Protein container, rip the label off and use that to store your mixed keto flour. I can combine several batches (I usually make 5 batches of your flour recipe at once) in a single container and still have room to shake it between uses. It would even fit 10 batches!

I took your other flour and just added some baking powder to it made the two ingredient biscuits. Your keto flour add heavy whipping cream mixed it to the consistency that you had that you put out on the pan. I kind of needed it a little bit with some extra flour padded it down a little bit cut them out with a biscuit cutter and it came out perfectly. So your flour works fantastically . Thank you, for all of your work. I am going to when I finish up your other flour make some self-rising flour and use it for a Boston cream pie poke cake. Keep up the good work.

In The original we had to add baking powder but with the self rising flour we don't and plus the other flour didn't have psyllium husk. I remember, many many years ago, my mother had one of Tupperware's largest containers with a lid. It was at least 2 feet in diameter. She used it to put together all the ingridiants for making bread. But it got sticky / tacky to the touch after a while. They could not replace it with the same thing because they did not make anything like that anymore, but did replace it for free. She was so thrilled she made some extra bread for the Tupperware lady :-)

I used your self-rising flour and your biscuit recipe yesterday, and they worked beautifully. Today, the biscuits remained perfectly tender, which is better than regular biscuits. Great recipe! Thanks.

@zoesdad961 3 C Keto Flour (1 Cup= 82 g, so 246 g) 4 tsp Allulose/Swerve blend 1 Tbs Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Baking Soda 1 1/4 tsp Salt 2 C Full Cream (warmed to ~100°) Instructions for Biscuits (450° oven) 1. Combine all dry ingredients and mix them well. 2. Add cream and mix until no dry patches. 3. Using a greased 1/3 cup measure, scoop the dough and drop on a silpat or parchment covered sheet pan. 4. Bake 10-12 minutes till golden.

Can I ask you a question? , did you use this self-rising flour that is featured in the clip that calls for baking powder? did you use Victoria's original keto flour recipe that she used in her biscuit video? That flour has NO baking powder. The reason why I asked is because you added baking powder and baking soda to your biscuit recipe but in this self-rising clip, the baking powder is already added so if you use Victoria's self-rising flour did you add additional baking powder and baking soda

I just found you. I am so excited. I'm going to start doing your recipes. I'm going to start blending your powders and my husband is a diabetic. I've changed our lives because of it but could not find what we really needed to do. This will make things so much easier to bring 2 containers everywhere we go. One self rising in 1 regular. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm so hoping that it tastes OK. He does not like zanthin gum. P, so I'm a little afraid about that, but thank you so much. I just enjoy watching you so much. You may think this is a strange comment, but I am so happy to finally see and hear someone call a plastic bowl Tupperware, and it is actually Tupperware! (I have a bowl almost just like that one. However, mine is probably about 2 times bigger!) It really bothers me when someone calls the cheap stuff Tupperware. P. S. I really enjoy your videos.

I recommend using the exact bamboo flour that she uses because I started out using a different brand and it took almost twice as much by volume to make the desired weight. I didn't know what to do so, I just went by measuring using cups. It never came out as good as hers looks so, I switched to the Oat Fiber recipe.

She specifically instructed to measure by grams. I use a different brand of every single thing she uses but comes out great because I measure by grams. 🥰

@@myrnaparedes3475 Yes, this is a must with these types of ingredients. You have to measure by weight in grams. Measuring cups will sometimes hold more or less depending on compression, humidity, etc.

You mentioned you had to use a lot more "bamboo flour" in your recipe than what Victoria's recipe called for. Victoria actually used " Bamboo Fiber" NOT...bamboo flour. I believe if you actually used bamboo flour, this was likely the problem. The brand was not the issue. Hope this helps. Sorry, it took me 5months to stumble upon your comment.

Hi Victoria! I’m working up the nerve to try your flour but had a question. If I want to make my mother’s roll recipe would I use this flour or your VKF ? I believe her recipe uses yeast to help them rise like all the older recipes did. I’m curious how they will turn out. Her rolls are wonderful but not keto, so I’m hoping to convert them to being keto. If they turn out to be just as wonderful that would make my day. Thank you for posting. Sounds interesting! I have never used self-rising flour, and none of my recipes call for self-rising flour. I guess I'll be sticking with the regular keto flour! Interesting point about the psyllium husk, though. I don't think you ever suggested to grind it yourself in your previous flour recipe videos.

Thank you Victoria! I love using your flours they work great. I have a question about what coffee grinder you would suggest for grinding the psyllium husk. My grinder after 9 minutes with breaks to cool down still does not reduce it to half it's volume. I need a new one. Hope you or somebody can help with a suggestion. Thank you.

Dear Victoria, I have a question? I have a regular cake recipe that calls for 3 cups flour but also calls for 1 tsp baking soda. Should I use this self rising flour for the cake and omit the tsp of baking powder? Thank you for all your help. It is much appreciated! ❤

1 tsp baking soda is a very small amount for 3 cups… baking soda can be just for taste not just leavening. Is the cake a fluffy cake or a thin cake? If it’s a thin cake use baking soda with my VKF all purpose but if it’s a fluffy cake then yes just use the self rising and omit the baking soda

FYI: Just a question. Can I use powdered Cyllium husk and how much, if any, when I DON'T have fresh ground as you suggested...you never gave an alternative😅

Sorry powdered makes the results gooey. Also don’t recommend many replacements hardly at all. I’m a very specific ingredient channel.

Thank you so much for explaining the flour you use, for some reason I thought you were using the einkorn blend predominantly in your recipes. Due to the higher carbs, I save that blend for breads. I have tried so many recipes to get a light cake that is on the drier spongier side without any luck at all. Do you have any recommendations? I haven’t went back to try your cakes with your VKF, do you think that would change the texture? Thanks so much?

I am currently gathering ingredients for the keto 2.0 flour. The recipe card did not have the psyllium husk. Can you make it without that? I saw a video where you put the psyllium husk, so just clarifying! 😊 So looking forward to making and trying recipes with this!!!

What you want to make is the vkf recipe, not the 2.0. The vkf recipe is Victoria's final perfected recipe. It's fantastic.

Hi! So the 2.0 is an older version it isn’t as good as the new VKf that contains the whole psyllium husk. That makes all the difference in the world

If you already have a good bit of your flour made that isn’t self rising can you make it self rising a cup at a time? How much baking powder and salt would you put in a cup?

For ANYONE who want to make this flour...Watch the ENTIRE video BEFORE making it!!! Trust me, you'll need to pay attention before attempting this so that you DON'T get a "Uyee-goeey" mess as she calls it. I DIDN'T do it😊 and you'll find out why when you get to the "cyllium husk" part of this recipe😅. I made it but, my "self rising" flour stayed FLAT and my hot dog buns I made went straight to trash.😢 I even used yeast and it made no difference...2nd batch also went in to trash😮 FYI UPDATE: I think my dough never risen was because of the yeast I had😅 it never "bloomed"😢 My question to you is, if I DON'T have the whole cyllium husk, how much of the powdered Cyllium husk can I use, if at all?😅

Hi Victoria! Question, if I want to make the bread. Should I skip the baking powder if already is on the VS-RKF? Or it is still required? Also, did my first try with the bread, and it was very moist inside, but outside was crispy. Should I lower the water?

@@mariomendez9443 yes u can use the self rising and not add baking powder. If the inside was moist I have 2 questions For u Did use Victorias keto flour or my 2.0 flour? Did u let the loaf fully cool before cutting into it?

​I would like to know too. I asked her in the comments sections of KZbin and Facebook but she never responded. 😞 I just made a batch Victoria's self-rising flour yesterday and I want to make her biscuits but I don't know how to make the adjustments because the keto flour she used in her original biscuit recipe is a different the flour than the self-rising flour recipe. If you make Victoria's biscuits using her self-rising flour could you please come back here under this common thread and tell us how it worked out and list your measurements? Thanks

I tried the brand called (now whole psyllium husk) and ground it in my coffee grinder, it got finer but it didn't appear to be reduced to half it's original size, is that going to work for the flour? Maybe I didn't grind it long enough even though I watched some other channels pulse the whole psyllium husk in a coffee grinder 3 to 4 times about 1 second for each pulse.

Help new to baking Keto, I brought Bamboo Fibre from a food supplier in uk but a one cup weighs 24 grams instead of 64 grams . I was lost do I use 8 cups = 192 grams or 3 cups volume = 72 grams. I decided to use 100 grams approx 4 cups and am awaiting results but not very confident in results.

Turned out a little flat with less rise and slight cake like texture, more Bamboo fibre ? And definitely will use 2 table spoons of BP instead of one recommend.

I don’t recommend it. It causes a gooey result vs a fully baked finished product

I don’t know the cost per pink bowl, but I do want to throw in my 2 cents. It might be more expensive, but goods made with keto flours are much more filling than regular flour, so i always feel like it evens out, or is cheaper just based on nutritional value.

No, oat flour is 100% carb loaded!! Its like grinding oatmeal. Oat fiber totally different as it is just fiber

I understand the difference between your "all purpose" and "self rising" flours but why would I need the new Standard Keto flour 2.0 if I have these? Very confusing for me.

Yes, absolutely. Now the weight of that flour is more so start with 3 Tbs and if it doesn’t rise as expected u may need more

@victoriasketokitchen OK thank you! I was thinking if it was ground up and weighed out to measure 20g ground, it would be a lot different than measuring out 20 grams whole, and then grinding it, but math is not my strong area. 😂

I'm old enough to be your Mom and a experienced cook. But you are really confusing me. Why are you not using the einkorn flour in this mix? You've moved around so much with your flours that I can't figure out what you're using at any given time. Having watched your earlier videos I had assumed this to contain einkorn but I just looked at the recipe link. Do you not use one consistent recipe for your baking? Are you not using the einkorn in your lc flour? Please clarify, thanks.

I always add the name of the flour that I use on the recipe card as well as link in the top of the description box. This is “Victoria’s self rising keto flour” its base is “Victoria’s Keto Flour” that’s my all purpose. My channel is one big experiment. I just share what I create as I go along. So yes my flour change for the better. Best thing to do if u want to use my flours is sort my videos from most recent and the most recent flours are the newest and best

Yes… no offense, but it is very confusing. I thought you said the Einhorn flour recipe was your latest and the one you use exclusively now since you said it was the best?! So can we just use einkorn recipe flour and just add baking powder? and if so, how much exactly to add once we’ve already mixed up the einkorn flour recipe ?Once again, thank you fabulous just need some clarification pretty please.?!❤

I agree I’m very new to VKK and am having trouble keeping up with the versions. I will be importing ingredients to Colombia stock ingredients for only one basic flour mix - which should it be? Einkorn or almond flour?

@@gattamom sad to say, Victoria doesn't seem to be answering our questions. If I were you, I would use the almond flour or the easiest/cheapest to get between the al. flour or the whole einkorn. I've used both in lc flours and like them both. hth
