few days ago i got the same classic sd lime twist! I can say that the feeling having it on your hand is amazing. I've got my first classic sd almost 30 years ago still perfectly working. Those small wonders are by far the most handy tools anyone can use in daily life.

I carried a red classic sd on my keys for years, and about three years ago my girlfriend gifted me a replacement. She got me a yellow one with the Gadsden flag on it, and it's been on my keys ever since. Wicked little piece. And I get alot of splinters in my hands at work, so the tweezers on that thing are one of the most important pieces of my daily kit. This alox version looks wonderful, buddy! Cheers!

58mm SAK's are fantastic little tools. I tend to give the SD as birthday presents to friends and family members in a leather slip, never fails to go down well!

I couldn't agree more ! The classic SD is definitely the best key ring / 5th pocket knife you can get ( in my opinion anyway ). I have a red one that has lived on my keys for years.

The real kechain model. I think the paint will hold up really for a long time, maybe after while a few chips. Overall the knife will hold up longer then the car. Thank you Matt.

Nice review 👌 I picked up battered but usable red model recently. Missing scissors spring and file backspring. Bit of rubber band- lives on the keyring. Scissors still sharp, as is blade.

I do love my Classic SD, but recently it stays in its slip as found myself picking up the Mini Champ instead… but I wouldn’t have the Mini Champ if it wasn’t for the SD in the first place. Great little carry, and I agree it must be right up there as the most popular. Plus that thinner profile of the Alox makes it very tempting! Great review, thanks for sharing 😁

Great review. These are certainly made to be carried without worrying about space restrictions. Furthermore the Alox version gives the SAK that unique flair. I have both in Nite Dive and Sweet Berry. I have other 58mm and smaller layered 91mm that are rotated and carried in my Alpaka Zip Pro.

I really like the Rambler because of the additional combo tool with the small 3D Phillips, and because the blade opens on the other side than where the key ring is. Too bad that they made an Alox version of that only in small quantities for +B.

The only Alox knife you need to seek is a 91 Soldier. Stop being cheap and just get one. 80 Euros is a good price and it’s obtainable
