I think that Sam Houston QB might be the toughest dude I’ve ever seen, dudes an absolute monster, he got slammed into the ground, and hit to the point he was coughing blood and kept playing great, injured his ankles 3 or 4 times and KEPT running it as fast as he could, by the end he was doing flips over people trying to win. Dudes goated..

What a great game! As a fan of College Football in general, this has been such a treat this season. I have said it every week in case anyone important is watching: PLEASE KEEP FCS IN THE SPRING! Such great football that is often overlooked and relegated to the "ticker" on the screen on ESPN. The nation needs to see these teams. These hard working and exceptional young players deserve the increased exposure for future professional opportunities. Thank you very much to this channel for your hard work and allowing us to see these games that we otherwise could not. Cheers!

The NCAA needs to move the entire FCS schedule to the spring. This was an amazing season, and Sam Houston brought home a national title to the Southland conference. We need to see more of this. Make it happen NCAA.

I agree 100%. These teams should play in the Spring. And they should have other Divisions on the west Coast and Florida play in the Winter- February and March. College football has so many Great teams to watch- throwing them all together in the Fall does not allow the Networks to cover all the games. What a waste of wonderful Entertainment. College football should be on TV YEAR ROUND !!!!!!

Disagree with this. It will put a strain on the staff and I mean the media relations department because the maximum for most is about four people handling 15-17 sports. And this spring, all of the sports took place at the same time and it was overload for them.

SDSU lacked passing plays. I felt like they over used #22 Isaiah Davis. Sam Houston created offensive opportunities through running, passing and a field goal which ultimately led them to the victory. Both teams played their hearts out though and are both champions in my book.

To me the biggest difference was SDSU was scared to throw the ball down the field. Sam Houston was slinging it down the field in those conditions that were hard on both teams and took advantage.
