Anyone who follows Fresno State sports knows that they play top rated teams tough then blow it. Over and over they do this. It is so predictable. They threw away a good ranking, a big bowl chance and didn't blink an eye. Way to go!

Rainbows D is good. It was the offense that was bad. The starting QB Cordero throws too many INTs. The backup freshman made better decisions in the throwing game. Fresno State was having offensive line issues. The highlights didn’t show bows stuffing runs for losses. The big runs were out of passing plays because bows was playing a light front focusing on the pass game making sure the Fresno State receivers didn’t have their way. Fresno was not built for the ground and pound game. Hawaii had two stud defensive lineman. Fresno QB was picking the defense apart for the most part. If it were not for the INTs, Fresno would have routed Bows.

This highlight video is way much better than the other one! Lol BTW! the refs were practically giving this game to Fresno with those horrendous and obvious pass interference calls on Hawaii's receivers and yet Hawaii still won the game..OUCH!

Although this was abbreviated highlights, better camera work & sound quality than other game reel. They cut-off, min. 3mins at start and last 7mins 4Q. Both commentators, these Helotes & other, knew next to NOTHING of Hawaii players!

Hawaii used to throw for 400-500 a game and had a bunch of interceptions frequently, but 4 was rare. Fresno State is beat up and they were probably tired from the circumstances of their travel. They were doing much better on the ground towards the end.

I'm sure they would have on 4th down. But it was 3rd down, why not take one last shot to the endzone to win it without overtime? It's a risk, but I like playing to win. Didn't work out for them tho.

@@pinchevulpes that is a weak ass argument. To attend the game will require proof of vaccination or a negative covid test. So there will be no super spreader event in a OUTDOOR football game.

@@pinchevulpes hospitals are at 85 - 90% capacity on a good day. No reason to panic when they hit 90 - 95%. Also, if someone chooses to not get vaccinated (other than a legit reason), and then gets sick, well I have no sympathy. 0 vaccinated in hospitals.

@@__BA__ I don't blame you. Hawaii is the only team without fans, so it's not obvious why they don't have fans. Hawaii averaged 23,500 in 2019 for reference, with a low of 19,858 and a high of 26,807. Also, I'm not sure what national average is for % of season ticket holders, but Hawaii has about 16,000 season ticket holders making up nearly 70% of attendees. The school plans to expand the temporary seating to 15k next year and potentially 25k the year after. I would bet the stadium will be sold out for every game (once fans are allowed) until they reach the 25k mark.

Not sure what you are referring to? Im still making highlights from the weekend as we speak. I don't know if I will get the ASU game this week but for sure will cover their game this weekend. The only games I haven't covered was the 37-10 blowout vs UNLV and the 35-13 blowout vs Colorado. On any given week there are 60+ games and realistically I can only cover about 20 of them (thats about 100 of FBS football weekly). I try to make sure im covering the best games from that weekend like top 10 matchups, upsets like this game and other close one score games.
