My Dad is an SC fan. We watched every second of this one. What a game. Two great programs. Unbelievable players. That last TD pass by Darnold is one of the best throws I’ve seen in CFB. Instant classic

This was the last time USC won a bowl game. 4 seasons ago!!! Helton is now on the hot seat and will be fired given their tough schedule this season. Helton was lucky to have Darnold because he saved Heltons ass from not getting fired after the 1st season as head coach when they started 1-3

Highlights never do it justice. When sc had to punt back to penn state with like 3 mins left thought the game was over. Sc Crowd was depressed. but sc got the 3 and out they needed. Tying touchdown was the loudest I’ve ever heard the rose bowl

I will never ever ever ever forgive Franklin for what he decided to do in the 4th Quarter at the end of this game. For him to come out in the 4th quarter, and immediately decide to turtle and play conservative, after Trace Mc Sorely had been vaporizing the Trojans entire secondary, after the Trojans had gotten stymied in the 3rd by Penn states defense scoring just 8 points, and after Penn state had scored 28 points in the 3rd quarter a school record that year btw, was the single most moronic thing I have ever seen a head coach do in a big spot right behind 28-3. We had the game won, You had problems getting the offense going in the first half , why oh why would you intentionally take your foot off of the gas Franklin, WHY!!!!!!? There was still 15 minutes left to play, why were you trying to burn clock so early with only a 2 score lead. Fucking why man. Hate James Franklin and I will always hate him because of this game.
