He used to use a lewitt on the face of the cab a couple years ago and that one was amazing too. A lewitt cab mic, room mic and a blend from the ortf would make a killer tone.

Your new series "in the room" is really great, I imagine the cumulative price of the microphones, the time to spend to phase all the microphones and adjust the delay time between each microphone ... The "all mic" configuration is fantastic and really makes us feel like we're in the room with you. Great job.

there are plugins for the job like phase align by melda productions that'll do the phase compensation automatically very good stuff actually.

I have the 50w version (Kraken VX) and I don't personally find myself missing a presence knob. It sounds incredible without it

I love the multiple mic aspect. Mics infront the speaker sound mushy, because they also pick up the noise that gets thrown back from walls etc. With multiple mics this is lost and I really enjoy this amp :D

It sounds kick-ass even without the Presence knob - pairs very well with that Mesa OS cab. Good thing the newer 50W head has a Presence knob.

For me this kind of videos are a good way of chilling out and calm down, the riffs you chose are great, love amp sounds in general. This amp is actually very enjoyable. I really began to like this format since you pimped the set up with more microphones. Its interesting to hear and feel the amp from different angles. When you have time it would be cool to upload a rerecorded version of the 5150.

I run my KSR Ceres on the green (clean) channel in the effects loop of my Super Kraken, which acts like a presence knob+...try it, you'll like it!

This amp with a graphic EQ through the loop is insane. You can stretch the tonal range a lot. I really miss a boost treble over 2kHz to 8kHz, but maybe to reduce nasal mids too. A noise gate... Anyway it's a real dinamic monster.

I think it sounds great and doesn’t really need a presence knob, but just for gits and shiggles you should get an Amptweaker Depth Finder box and bingo bango, you’ve got resonance and presence knobs you can add into your pedalboard or run into the effects loop.

Have you tried boosting the amp with a booster with EQ? Thereby you could crank a bit the highs in the signal going into the amp. I know it's not the same as a presence knob but maybe you could get some nice high frequency sizzle with this. I have a Kraken VX actually, and usually do this.

Dude, i think just for me (haha) the Lewitt LCT 640 TS sounds better in this video. And in all videos "In The Room" this position of the mic Lewitt LCT sounds better than other mics and just a little better than the mix (i realy love how this mix sounds). But, the Lewitt and the position of this mic always remenber me a sound of an amp in my face. It's so real, you know
