Thank you for this video--I've had an uppercut punching bag on my Amazon wish list for quite a while now (specifically the Windy Wall Mount Boxing MMA Training Uppercut Punching Bag). This video's convinced me to pull the trigger. They seem so much more realistic than your standard heavy bag.

That depends on how hard you punch. The upper cut bag doesn’t make any sound lol.

The wall bag does absorbs the punches. However, my bag is pretty old. I need a new one.
