I'm 75 years old, back in the early 70's during the building boom my best friend was a bricklayer. He always had guys not showing up and I volunteered to give him a hand on weekends. Never charged him but he would always help me. when Things got slow he would pour concrete and do construction. Can't tell your how much morter I mixed and slabs I helped him with. He passed a few years ago and I still have his bull trowel in my shed. Your videos bring back soooo many memories. Thanks for taking the time to do them

I work on a concrete pump and when I get a tip I remember it and you will go the extra mile the next time and I've even helped guys pour it when they have been short handed because its all about working as a team even if I'm only there to pump in the concrete.

I'm so glad for this, you inspire me and I'm turning 40 in 35 minutes, (actually 5 hrs, I was born at 4 something) and I've gone back to college to take 3 classes to get my degree, I'm 39, have 2 kids, 15yo girl and 7 1/2 yo autistic son. Both are and have always been homeschooled, girl now does online public, but I'm still my son's teacher, and I'm losing it! Your videos help me focus and stay grounded! You have such a great ethic and are obviously a great Dad, love your day in the life videos! I'm having a hard time now, but I long to succeed and I'm going to do it victory style! Thanks for being a stress lifter for me, I should have gone into concrete instead of healthcare!

It was windy down here too, it's crazy how our weather's are usually 1 day apart! If I just watch your channel I don't have to watch the weather! , you are so prepared " reminds me of me lol" I love the channel from the start, even the snow man video! 7 bag is crazy though Ryan, that stuff pops! But we have lone star cement not latharge! Anyways love the channel! It helps me learn how to "not necessarily do concrete, but run a crew and a company" and u r only 4 years older than me, so I look at it like I have goals to make Grubb-Mudd Concrete like victory w/ in 4 years" you have everything! And that attitude you carry all the time is Impressive! I am going to look, up the video again about easy money tour! So I can make an email and do it the way u asked! So many things Id like to say. Ryan, you are a great leader. A people person. You know how to develop cohesiveness in your crews, which change here and there. Your employees, I think, like and respect you. Its great to travel both and if you can obtain that it makes your job easier and it shows that you are a natural leader. Plus your a good family man. I could go on but I am not here to kiss your ash, just am impressed. Ill tell you more about me so that you can decide just how much my input is or is not valuable. If i here back from you ‘d love to talk more. Short background on me: 6 yr Marine. 29 yr cop, disabled in line-of-duty which destroyed my sense of .... well for another time. In my teens I did do construction electrician, factory work, and other jobs. NEVER been unemployed since 1975. So, what I like most about you guys is the camaraderie, the team work, the laughs, and the loyalty that most of your guys show. I wish I could work with you guys. My kids are all grown. All have great careers. Because I was a good father. Just like you. So maybe I can move to Wisconsin and become a Cheesehead. When I watch your vids I remember working electrical construction with a crew. I miss it. Ok, well, i look forward to being your next Supervisor of Darrel/Operations. I think Darrel and I can both motivate your crew and increase revenue for concrete Victory Style! LoL! Ryan.... I josh a bit. But YOU are the man. Our pool had the concrete done by the best company recommended for the area about 2 months ago. Came out beautiful. I still we had Victory do it though. I’m still cleaning splashes of concrete. I also would have loved to have the crew, get pics and autographs too. Make sure to announce if you ever come to Jersey! You guys rock.

You are an inspiration my friend. My youngest son (John John hes 9) dont miss a video. You responding to my last comment for my son truly made his day. He wanted me to let you know that giving out the $100 tips to the drivers was awesome. They are going to have a nice dinner. He said that was truly victory style. He also wanted to know have you ever thought about selling merch like hats and shirts or decals because he wanted to buy a hat and a decal. He said he not only wanted spend his easy money (what he calls his allowance for chores now) on cool merch he wanted to be able to help support the channel. I just want to thank you for not only being so inspirational to everyone in your audience but inspiring the young audience as well. We look forward to future videos for years to come!
