Just cleaning the yard and Bugs birthday

Join us on a day we didn't even do a job. At the end of each season every truck and the yard need some serious attention. Usually it takes two to three days to reorganize and prepare for the long winter ahead. Plus we enjoyed a little cook out for Bug's birthday.

I'm glad I found this channel, because for years I've been the same "style" boss as Ryan. I really care about the guys that work for me. When I became an apprentice roofer at the age of 17, (1977). It was a three year program to become a journeyman roofer, (Miami Roofers Union Local 57). I had a boss like you, ( not quite as generous) nobody ever said anything negative about him. He would show up with lunch for the crew, when you treat your crew good they will perform for you. The two you had to let go, will never find another boss like you and I’m sure they realize it. Looking forward to seeing what you do during winter. They took me on family vacations because I didn't really have a family then. You and Ronnie, the partner, actually look and favor in your attitude weirdly. You take care of your people when you can and that is what they did for me. Props to you because there aren't a whole lot of boss's that treat their employee's the way yall did. Best people to work for. Basically a blessing they found me because I went to the unemployment office to use their computers to send out resumes and that is how they found me. I’ve been at my job for 10 years now. I have a 50min drive to work and I’m always an hour early.. everyday. I’m up at 4am. And work outside everyday all year no matter the weather conditions. No excuse to be late. Bugs is a role model, unfortunately in today’s society nobody wants to work. He’s the last of the great working men of this country tbh.
