Definitely understand the “bad feeling” you get on certain projects. I’ve dealt with a few of those in my career. Unfortunately have contracted a couple of them, to say the least they were learning experiences. Regardless of how much you need the work, it’s better to ensure you don’t get them! Congrats on the progress on new land. Progress is coming along quickly. Gotta be a great feeling and a bit of anxiety at the same time.

One of those steel "statues" could be used for a bumper at the end of track on your new railroad spur. Give the other to Bugs. There do not seem to be many rail spurs around. That might have a possibility of a privately owned "team track" for area businesses that occasionally could benefit from a rail shipment. I worked at a lumberyard many years ago that always had lumber shipped to them at a team track in town. Hauled many loads of lumber back to the yard.

i may not know how to pour a driveway from start to finish but i do know being humble pays in big respect i like that ryan does things hes never done isnt comfortable with and its comforting to see results im younger and i used to do foundations for a mean old sergeant lol but i loved the discipline and just watching him drive reminds me of the progress of just putting one foot in even if you have one foot out you cant get soaked if you just dip your foot in but no big thank you for that we all work day in and day out things get repetitive we forget the progess we aim for and some we may never even noticed weve achieved one thing ill forever be thankful for is that crete job it taught me things need to be finished dont procrastinate concrete doesnt wait for no one lol i more so look at the perspective of a kid seeing a dump and going i want to drive that when im older and youre making that happen im sure daniel wants to drive that big tonka truck
